IBBUILDERS Hawaiʻi LLC (“IBBUILDERS,” “we,” “us”) is a licensed Oʻahu general contractor (License BC-39795). This policy explains how we handle information when you contact us, work with us, or use our website at ibbuildershawaii.com.
We use it solely to run our business for you: to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates and proposals, schedule and perform work, communicate about your project, invoice, and provide warranty and follow-up support.

These providers process information only to deliver their services to us, under their own security and privacy commitments.
Our own authorized internal tools may connect to these platforms — including a read-only connection to our QuickBooks Online accounting data — solely so we can manage IBBUILDERS’ own operations, reporting, and bookkeeping. These connections are limited in scope, access company financial records only, and never modify your data or move funds.
We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above as needed to do your work, or where required by law.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including limiting access to authorized personnel and secured, scope-limited connections to the platforms we use. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
